Is MacStats Pro a subscription?
No. Pro is a one-time payment for your major version. There is no recurring fee, and the free tier does not expire.
How many AI explanations do I get?
Up to 500 per month on every Pro plan. That limit is generous for normal use: it is there to stop abuse, not to meter ordinary curiosity. Monitoring itself is unlimited and does not use the allowance.
How many Macs does a licence cover?
Pro Personal covers 2 Macs. Family covers up to 5. The free tier has no licence at all, so you can run it on as many Macs as you like.
What happens when a new major version is released?
You keep the version you bought, and it keeps working. Updates within that major version are included.
Can I get a refund?
