By downloading and using MacStats, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MacStats. If you purchase a Pro or Family license, your license is bound to the device limits specified at the time of purchase (e.g., 2 Macs for Personal, 5 Macs for Family).

3. AI Service "Fair Use" Policy

MacStats Pro includes access to our hosted AI explanation service. This access is subject to a fair-use policy designed to prevent abuse and keep the service sustainable. We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend access for license keys that generate an unreasonable volume of requests (e.g., automated scraping).

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

MacStats is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the AI explanations are 100% accurate, nor do we assume responsibility for any actions you take based on the app's insights (e.g., force-quitting a system process).

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all initial purchases of MacStats Pro. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details on how to request a refund.

6. Delivery Policy

Upon successful payment, your MacStats Pro license key will be delivered immediately to the email address provided during checkout. The license key can be entered into the MacStats macOS application to activate Pro features.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
