We want you to be completely satisfied with MacStats. If the app doesn't meet your expectations or help you understand your Mac better, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All initial purchases of MacStats Pro (Personal and Family licenses) are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the original transaction date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to support@macstats.app with the following information:

• The email address used for the purchase.
• Your MacStats license key or Paddle order number.

No questions asked, though we always appreciate any feedback on why the app didn't work out for you.

Processing Time

Once we receive and approve your refund request, the refund will be processed immediately. However, depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

License Deactivation

Upon processing the refund, your MacStats Pro license key will be deactivated. The app will revert to the Free tier, and you will lose access to Pro features such as AI Process Explanations.
